DELIVERING CHRISTMAS ON TIME

DELIVERING CHRISTMAS ON TIME
"This year I'm going to be organised earlier than ever for Christmas", says me every year.  But I've got to say, this year we've really got to get our skates on, friends.  We've all heard the warnings from Australia Post about how delayed they are, and we've all been waiting (im)patiently for that MECCA delivery that's usually here in two days, but still hasn't arrived a week later.  Or is that just me?!
Ok, here's everything I know to help you get your Project Ten Christmas deliveries in time for Santa this year.
FINAL CUT OFF FOR THE BEST CHANCE OF PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS)*
  • 12pm on 10 December for Standard Post
  • 12pm on 17 December for Express Post
FINAL CUT OFF FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY (WA and NT)
  • 12pm on 06 December for Standard Post
  • 12pm on 13 December for Express Post
*While I'd love to guarantee Christmas delivery, nothing in this Covid world is currently a sure thing.  My best advice is just to get in as early as you possibly can!
My friends at Australia Post have also told me about their new app, which I hear is the quickest way to track your deliveries.  It's free, it allows you to track all of your parcels in one place, get estimated delivery times, and add nicknames to each item, so you don't forget what you ordered, why you ordered it, or who it was for.  Again ... just me?
You can download it in all the usual places, which I'm off to do right now!
