During Sale Periods we may experience dispatch delays of 5-10 days due to the volume of orders being received. We will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible (Our team is working weekends). We cant offer Express post during our sale as we process orders in a first in, first out basis.
Sale items are final sale unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. We are happy to accept exchanges however the customer must pay for return shipping to us at 80 Kildare Street North Geelong VIC 3215 and for subsequent dispatch of new items.
During sale times, there are no changes to orders or cancellations, due the volume of orders we receive.
In the unlikely event an item is sold out and we can not fulfill your order, we will refund the particular item and notify you via email.
During sale times there is no discount stacking - you can not use 10% off Welcome codes.
- We anticipate some of our bundles will sell out during the sale, these will be marked down a total of 25% so you can purchase the single items at the same discount.
- There is No Free Shipping available during SALE Periods.
- Some Third Party Products will not be included in the Sale.
- Our BFCM Free GIFT with Purchase will be chosen at random and is limited to one per customer, if we find you have multiple orders the free gift will be removed from subsequent orders. The Gift with purchase is only available while stocks last for orders over $120 AUD.
